NUANS Name Search Report

Whether your goal is to proceed with an Ontario incorporation, or to change the name of an existing Ontario company, the Director of the Companies Branch requires you to submit an Ontario NUANSŽ Name Search Report. NUANSŽ is an Industry Canada computerized search system that compares your proposed corporate name with a database of existing corporate bodies and trademarks. Use LegalDeeds to generate this document. You will receive an electronic ( PDF ) copy of your report by email within 1 hour (24 hours/day, 7 days/week).

The fee for the Ontario NUANSŽ Name Search Report is $35. The fee is payable in Canadian dollars, and is subject to 5% GST. To proceed, complete the entries.

The Ontario NUANSŽ Name Search Report is valid for a period of 90 calendar days. Whether you need the report for an Incorporation, or for a formal Change of Name, you must act within the 90 day period.
